Useful for writing and programming
Case conversion can help when formatting headings, cleaning up copied text, creating variable names or converting text into common programming naming conventions.
Private and browser-based
Your text is processed locally in your browser. It is not uploaded to HandyKitz.
Practical example
Choose a writing style for headings or a naming style for identifiers. Review the result when acronyms or language-specific capitalization need special treatment.
For hello world, uppercase gives HELLO WORLD, camelCase gives helloWorld, and snake_case gives hello_world.
Frequently asked questions
Does title case follow a publication's style guide?
No. It applies a mechanical capitalization rule rather than language-specific editorial rules; review articles, abbreviations and proper names yourself.
What happens to punctuation in programming-name modes?
The tool extracts letter and number groups, then joins them in the selected naming style. Punctuation is not preserved as literal text.
Can I reverse a case conversion to recover the original?
Not reliably: capitalization and some separators can be lost. Keep a copy of the original before replacing its contents with a converted version.
